清洗過程中，清洗槽內的液體中殘留氣體較多，氣體含量通常是水的8~10倍，增強了超聲波傳播的衰減。含有氣體的空化氣泡會降低空化強度，影響超聲波的空化效應和清洗效果。使用真空清洗時，清洗罐蓋會自動關閉，真空脫氣系統啟動，罐內空氣排出，盲孔、縫隙內的氣體和清洗劑在真空下被抽出，超聲波啟動，擺動裝置啟動，帶動籃筐旋轉。經過設定的清洗時間后，真空解除，缸蓋自動打開，清洗籃進入下一個罐清洗碳氫系統。
